Darryl Flick -- Emcee and Presenter
Darryl was born and raised on the east coast, and this is where he became actively involved in the Leather/SM community. At that time, Richmond, Virginia, was home and Darryl embraced his love of the South as Mr. SouthEast Leather from 1993 to 1995 before producing the contest for the next two years. During that time he also developed the 'Southeast Titleholders Conference,' a.k.a Sashfest, and the Bal de Sade. Both events were extremely popular and some would even say a part of local lore.

Over the years, Darryl has been involved with various community organizations and events throughout the US, Canada and Berlin. Among these was the challenge of being named the first Executive Director of Folsom Street Events, producers of both the Up Your Alley and Folsom Street Fairs. Through his work around the country, Darryl has been nominated twice for Pantheon Man of the Year and has received both the 1997 Southeast Regional Pantheon and the 2005 Northern California Pantheon. Viola Johnson -- Head Judge
Viola Johnson is a leatherwoman, vampire and author who has been active in the leather BDSM scene for three decades. A mentor and confidante to many in the fetish world, she has a particular fondness for the ‘boys’ of our community, and those who choose to serve as slaves and submissives. Viola is the wife of Jill Carter, International Ms Leather 1996, and the owned property of Mistress Victoria Gayton.

Viola had the distinction of winning the "Lifetime Achievement Award" from Pantheon of Leather and The National Leather Association, making her the only person to receive both awards in the same year. In the year 2000, she received the Pantheon of Leather "Woman of the Year" award. Viola is the author of two books, "Dhampir" and "To Love, To Obey, To Serve." Currently, she serves as an advisory board member for the Ms. World Leather Organization and as head judge for the contest.

David Nelson -- Judge and Presenter
More than 10 years ago, david found his kinky side when he was bound and diddled at a “Jail & Bail” fundraiser at the Atlanta Eagle. After he was peeled off the ceiling, he knew he had to explore this lifestyle. His education began with leather classes at the Eagle with Garrison Kaufman and continued with boy training from Master Doug Harris at the Sanctuary.

From the beginning, service was impressed upon him as a responsibility of all members of the community and he has always taken the idea to heart in his leather activities. After earning his boots from Master Harris, he went on to be a member of and secretary for Knight Angels, a leather group dedicated to education in the community. This theme has continued in his involvement with Atlanta SM Solidarity. As a current member of this gay male education organization formed in 1987, david has served two years as Vice President, three years as President, and two years as Chairman for their annual event, Spring in the South. After judging at the Mr. & Ms. Atlanta Eagle contest, he felt the tug to explore this different side of the leather community and has twice served on the board for the Southeast Olympus Contest. He is currently a board member and treasurer for the pansexual play organization CAP (Community at Play) and is also an associate member in good standing of the Trident Knights of Charleston, the Atlanta Panthers, and the Tennessee Gryphons.

Master Taino -- Judge and Presenter
Master Taíno has been active in the Leather community since the early nineties.  He is a member of Defenders Leather Levi Club since 1993, SigMa since 1994, MAsT and Men of Discipline since 1999 and Black Rose since 2005. He founded MTTA, Inc, a non-profit organization that runs Master Taíno's Training Academy (a weekend program for Masters and slaves), the Master/slave Conference (an annual educational event held in Washington, DC) and the Washington, DC, chapter of MAsT.

Master Taíno's Leather Family includes his 24/7 slave david. His Immediate Family includes several former slaves that are close to His heart. His Extended Family includes a group of Masters, Daddies and Sirs as well as slaves and boys from all across the country and overseas. MsSuzan, while following Her spiritual path, became a part of the Atlanta Leather Community in 1982. Her energy was an inspiration in the founding of The Sanctuary of a Dark Angel in 1994, where She remains an important member of The Sanctuary Family.

Her leadership capabilities shown, as the producer of the Atlanta Bash, a FemDom event held annually since 1995, and as an Executive committee member of the International Master and slave Weekend and Contest held in Atlanta in 1999.

Currently, She serves the community as the director of MAsT: Atlanta. She is a Core Instructor for the Butchmann’s Experience at APEX Academy. Ms Susan is the proud owner of slave Ed in a 24/7 Master/slave relationship. Ms Susan and slave Ed consider it an honor to have been asked to share their knowledge and community experience by teaching seminars, judging contests and serving the community in numerous ways. Phillip Wolf aka Boymeat -- Judge and Presenter
Phillip Wolf, aka Boymeat, has been living, loving, learning and playing in the scene for over 9 years. From NYC, he found the world of SM at The Eulenspiegel Society (TES), where he quickly became an active member. He is also a member of the Gay Male S/M Activists (GMSMA), the National Coalition for Sexual Freedom (NCSF), and is on the planning committee for NYC's Leather Pride Night. Boymeat is very involved in outreach to the younger members of our community, co-founding the concept of a TNG (The Next Generation) group, which is devoted to people between the ages of 18 and 35. He is a co-founder of TES-TNG, and also co-founded the only male-oriented TNG group, GMSMA-TNG.  Boymeat is a bisexual, polyamourous switch, with a penchant for feet, incest role play and piss play, and is rumored to be the quite the sadist. Master Steve of Butchmanns -- Judge and Presenter
Master Steve, founder of BUTCHMANN'S and the Southwest Leather Conference, came into the lifestyle many years ago. He brings a spiritual dimension to SM, using physical means to promote spiritual practice. Master Steve and slave kirk won the International Master/slave contest at SouthEast LeatherFest, becoming International Master and slave 2000. Teaching: Modern primitive practices in SM

Bootblack Technical Judges

Boi moe is a leather boi who was born in Maryland.  At the age of eighteen, she started her journey which ultimately transplanted her in Phoenix Arizona.  She is a member of several groups in the Phoenix area, APEX, Arizona Amazons, and Phoenix Dykes on Bikes to name a few.   
Boi moe first encountered the fundamentals of blacking boots in the military some 15 years ago.  Four years ago, boi moe met Linda ‘BootPig’ Hall and discovered that she could express herself and her passion for boots and leather through bootblacking.  Boi moe currently holds the Southwest Bootblack title and finished first runner up at IMsBB 2007 where she also received the bootblack heart and sole award.    

For boi moe, bootblacking is not only an art, it's a spiritual expression of her leather pride. All leather, not just boots, deserves care and honor. Boi moe enjoys demonstrating her skill as much as she enjoys teaching others how to do it. Her desire is to share this erotic art of leather care with anyone that wishes to learn or experience it.

Girl Kim -- Den Parent
girl Kim has been an out and proud Leather Woman since 2000 when she was introduced into the Atlanta Leather community. While she does identify with being a Leather Woman, it was in 2004 that she found her place in the community as a Leather girl. She travels the nation volunteering at numerous events, emceeing, speaking on various topics and promoting the Leather girl movement. girl Kim has represented the Southeast as Ms SELF 2004 and went on to earn the title of American Leather girl 2005. She now serves on the SELF board as Contestant Coordinator where she hopes to bring her positive experience with Leather titles to new contestants and title holders. While she is proud of her accomplishments and continued service to the community, her greatest pride and honor is in being the owned property and wife of Sir Gavin.

Sir Gavin -- Den Parent
Sir Gavin is 43 years old and originally from the big state of Rhode Island. He admits to being a hard core sadist for as long as he can remember. He spent his early adulthood exploring the kink and leather communities in New England and then Florida.  After moving to Atlanta in 2000, his continued D/s and M/s relationships were explored much more privately until 2006. After attending SELF 2006, he found a renewed love of community and is honored to be working with SELF as a Den Parent this year. Gavin is proud to be called Master and Daddy by his loving wife, girl Kim.

Boy Tala -- Judges' Boy
Tala, who was SouthEast LeatherFest Boy 2005, has been in the leather life for over 15 years. He has been actively involved with various groups throughout the years. He enjoys serving the community, whether it is volunteering his time to a leather event or helping afterwards. Tala is proud to have been chosen to serve as Judges' Boy in 2007.

Beth -- Tally Mistress
Miss Beth has been active in the kink/leather scene since giving her first spanking at a science fiction convention in 1997. She has volunteered, served as a board member and contributor for TALON, CAPEX, MAsT Triad, and Whippersnappers. She was the kink education Director for Fantasm from 1999-2004, after which she became a producer for the Pantheon of Leather Award Nominated event, Frolicon, an adult science fiction convention held every Easter Weekend in Atlanta, GA. Miss Beth has taught classes for Fantasm, SELF, TALON, CAPEX, Whippersnappers, and will be presenting this summer at SC-LOCK. And Shelli is her evil twin partner.

Shelli -- Tally Masters
Shelli has been active in the kink/leather scene since her introduction to it at a science fiction convention in 1997. She has volunteered and been a contributor for TALON, CAPEX, and Whippersnappers. She was an integral part of the kink track programming for Fantasm from 1999-2004, after which she became a producer for the Pantheon of Leather Award Nominated event, Frolicon, an adult science fiction convention held every Easter Weekend in Atlanta, GA. Shelli has taught classes for Fantasm, CAPEX, and Whippersnappers. She has a special affection for rough body play and has a penchant for the artistic and sadistic use of sharp and pointy things which draw blood.
